The
Town of Milton: as the municipality in which East Milton
Square is located, the Town provided leadership and oversight for
this project. The Town is reviewing the final report to determine which
of the options developed by the BCAC and project team best suits its
objectives for the Square. |

Howard/Stein-Hudson Associates,
Inc. (HSH): was the prime consultant and lead the project
team. Howard/Stein-Hudson (HSH) was responsible for project management
and served as the liaison between the project team, the Town, and other
involved agencies. HSH also conducted the parking analysis, traffic
analysis, and lead the public involvement effort. |

(ICON): worked with the team and community to develop
land use and zoning recommendations that captured the shared vision of
residents, area businesses, and local officials. ICON is known
internationally for helping to create vibrant, sustainable urban
spaces. |

in improving the existing streetscape and developed options
to improve the look and feel of area, including long-term options for
the deck. |

(THA): worked with the team to ensure that all of the
options developed for East Milton Square preserve the current vitality
of the area’s businesses and maximize their potential for future
